Product Guarantee:
All products you purchase from RnC Gifts n More must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement. We will replace the item with the exact item you purchased; in the event the exact item is no longer available, we will contact you to determine a suitable replacement item of equal value.
NOTE: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return policy
Defective Product: If a product is defective, we will exchange it. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Carefully repack the item in the same container it arrived, and then follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your order.
Non-Defective Product:
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:
1) Merchandise must be in its original inner pack quanity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
2) Sample products are not returnable.
3) Mechandise, merchandise packing, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Non-defective items that do not meet the conditions described in this Return Policy will be returned to the sender and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Items with Guarantees or Warranties:
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment:
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipping carrier. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service of thre shipping carrier within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, USPS, and trucking lines must be complied with, or they may deny your claim.
Out of Stock/Discontinued Items
All items are available at the time of the being posted to our website. Items may become out of stock or discontinued without notice. If an item purchased is out of stock, you will have the option of either waiting for the item to be restocked or receive a full refund. You will also be provided with an approximate date of availability. Unfortunately, some items may become discontinued unexpectedly and without immediate notice. In the event that an item purchased has been discontinued, you will be immediately notified and issued a full refund.
